Delivery or Collection

Delivery will take place within 7 working days of purchase. We will give 2-3 days notice by phone so please provide contact numbers. The delivery charge is £75.00 within 100 miles from our warehouse. Please call us to negotiate price for delivery above 100 miles. There is only one charge regardless of the amount of items you purchase. We use two person teams of professional delivery staff who will be more than happy to place items into a room of your choice. If the sofas do not fit in your home you will be charged the delivery fee, however we will take the sofas back and NOT leave them on your doorstep. Alternatively you are welcome to collect from our warehouse in Staffordshire.

Payments

We are happy to accept payment by CREDIT CARD/ DEBIT CARD, CHEQUE, POSTAL ORDER OR PAYPAL. If payment is made by cheque, we will deliver items after cheque has cleared. For credit card/debit card payments, please call 0845 88 88 200.

Warranty

We are extremely confident that you will love these sofas. All our products carry a 12 month warranty and comply to all U.K fire regulations. In the very unlikely event a problem arises with your purchase, our after sales service is second to none and we always put the customer first rectifying any problems swiftly.
